Role & responsibilities

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Plant & Utility Equipment's

Operation of Utility equipment (DG Sets, Compressors, Pump Room, HVAC system etc.)

Prepare & Maintain Daily & Monthly PM check sheets of plant & utility equipments.

Repairing of Old Spares like Pneumatic Cylinder & Maintain its record.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Plant & Utility Equipments

Trouble shooting of plant & utility equipments/machine and maintain its record.

Spare part Management of Plant & utility equipments.

Prepare shift report on daily basis.

Knowledge of PLC, RLC, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, DG, Compressor, Distribution Panel, Control Panel, Operation Of Robotics, Press fit Operation, Assembly line Equipment, Hands on experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
