Role & responsibilities

• Formulating and implementation of Direct Manpower recruitment strategies as per plan.
• Ensure Statutory compliance under Factory act, Labour laws and other applicable rules
• To ensure implementation and adherence of ISO 14001 & 45001 activities.
• Take care of safety in workplace as per factory & work requirements.
• Building of harmonious and healthy work environment (Peaceful IR )
• Manage employee grievances, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Oversee outsource services operations, Billing, Agreements, MIS etc.
• To oversee smooth running of Administration activities like Canteen, Transport, security, Housekeeping etc.
• Oversee activities of contract labour management.

Eligibility & Preference

• MLW, MSW, MBA, LLB candidates may apply.
• Manufacturing & Automotive exposure preferred.
• Gujarat Domicile candidates can apply.
