Branch Head

Position Overview

As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of our branch operations. You will lead business development initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with in-depth industry knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a strong business acumen to spearhead branch success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

2. Operations & Branch Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company standards.
• Ensure smooth project execution from planning to implementation, maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

3. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, operations, and service departments.
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work culture.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities for team members.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication.
• Address customer concerns effectively, ensuring long-term partnerships and business retention.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.

5. Financial & Budgetary Control

• Prepare and manage the branchs annual budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions for business improvement.
• Monitor cash flow, invoices, and operational expenses to maximize efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering for a reputed college
• MBA in Business Administration, Operations, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sales strategies, and project management.
