MIS Executive (On Contract)

Role & responsibilities

The MIS Specialist in the IT Infra team would be responsible for managing and optimizing information systems related to desktop support operations. The role involves supporting external vendors, maintaining system records, and ensuring the efficient operation of desktop computing resources. This position is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience in IT support or MIS, looking to contribute to a dynamic desktop support environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-4 years of experience in IT asset management or a related field.
• Proven experience with IT asset management tools and software (e.g. ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and standards is preferred.
• Proficient in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• MS Excel & PowerPoint (Including O365 & Standalone)
• SQL & other DBMS Tools.
