Shift Timings : Afternoon 2 : 00pm-11 : 00pm IST (Also should be flexible for Night shift i.e Evening 6 : 00pm-3 : 00am IST)

Job Description :

- Experience in analyzing, managing, and optimizing EDI transactions within the logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data exchanges between systems, improving operational efficiency and reducing errors.

- The analyst will work closely with logistics, IT, and business teams to support and implement EDI solutions, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and implement EDI processes for logistics and supply chain transactions.

- Maintain and support the integration of EDI systems between internal systems and external business partners.

- Oversee the technical setup and testing of EDI messages (e.g., orders, invoices, shipping notices, etc.).

- Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to understand business needs and define EDI requirements.

- Map business processes to EDI requirements, ensuring that data flows accurately and in real-time between systems.

- Assist in gathering functional and technical requirements for new EDI initiatives.

- Identify and resolve EDI-related issues, providing solutions for data transmission errors or system discrepancies.

- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and customers to troubleshoot and address EDI issues.

- Ensure timely resolution of critical EDI issues that impact supply chain and logistics operations.

- Perform end-to-end testing of EDI transactions to validate successful integration and communication.

- Monitor EDI transmissions to ensure proper execution, identifying and correcting any disruptions.

- Assist in testing and validating new EDI trading partners and formats.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues related to

- EDI transactions and business processes.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
