JD :

As a Integration Engineer, develop a strategy and partners with delivery teams to design, develop and maintain efficient and high-quality integrations connecting data, applications and third parties that support business processes and customer needs. Also monitor and analyze existing integrations to improve their performance and efficiency.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop the overall Integration strategy to Include, architectural plans and designs for Integrating various applications and services within the Azure cloud environment.

- Designing and delivering Integration projects using Azure Logic Apps.

- Build, design, and deploy solutions, new Integrations/ APIs and update existing API functionalities (Enhancements or bug fixes) on Azure Integration services (Logic Apps/ APIM Azure functions).

- Gather and analyze business and customer requirements to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes through integration.

- Partner with development and design teams to support and provide oversight in designing and developing integration solutions and prototypes.

- Determine, conduct, and automate integration tests, load tests, and performance tests, including facilitating set-up of test data and accounts.

- Prepare and manage technical documentation and self-service resources on integrations.

- Proactively monitor integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.

- Adhere to established development and integration processes, best practices, and standards.

- Use user and stakeholder feedback to guide the development of new products and integration enhancements.

- Participate in integration vendor and tool selection to meet business needs and support development team workflows.

- Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve goals

Skills and Competencies :

- Software development experience.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .Net Frameworkand related technologies.

- Extensive knowledge of Azure services Including Logic Apps standard, APIM, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Function Apps, Application Insights, Integration accounts, App services and Key results.

- Good Experience in Integrating with external http services.

- Detailed understanding of end to end best practices across the API / Integration Lifecycle.

- Knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's degree in information technologyor equivalent applied experience. Under some circumstances Associate Degree in Information Technology and minimum 5 years experience will be accepted

- Around 5-8 years of IT experience in developing integrations / APIs solutions or relevant solution development.

- A min 5 years of relevant experience with Azure Integration services like Azure logic apps, Azure functions.

- Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS components like Azure Storage, Azure Logic Apps, Integration Account, creating schema maps using visual studio in integration account.
