Civil Project Manager / Coordinator

Role & responsibilities:

• Will be responsible to handle independent project planning, scheduling, Execution and coordination.
• Study the Drawings and planning for material procurement.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with engineers, architects, contractors, and the Management.
• Prepare and review project documents, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Track and manage project materials, equipment, and resources.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues in collaboration with the team.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Support procurement and contract management activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in project Management and coordination within the Civil engineering and Infrastructure Project construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office, Excel Etc ).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with regular visits to construction sites.
• May require travel depending on project locations.
• Fast-paced work environment with deadlines.

* Candidates from Maharashtra and speaking Marathi will be preferred.
