Vendor Management Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

• Vendor Selection & Process Review: Conduct thorough due diligence and assess potential vendors to ensure alignment with company needs and standards.
• Vendor Onboarding: Lead and streamline the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all required documentation and procedures are completed efficiently.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly evaluate vendor performance against KPIs, track metrics, and generate reports to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Manage vendor reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and alignment of accounts to prevent discrepancies.
• Compliance Monitoring: Oversee vendor compliance with relevant regulations, security standards, and internal policies to mitigate risks.
• Vendor Queries & Grievances: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, addressing concerns and facilitating effective resolutions.
• Dispute Resolution: Proactively handle and resolve any disputes between vendors and the company in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
