Respond to events and Incidents according to agreed processes and resolve and/or provide workarounds in accordance with the Service Levels;
Execute middleware software installation, configuration, patching, maintenance and tuning;
Implement and administer middleware management tools;
Understanding and experince on Shell scripting
SQL Server/Oracle Basic Monitoring and Administration, Oracle Sql language
Understanding on Cloud basic and cloud deployment
Mandatory to know the ITSM processes for Incident, Change and Release Management
Provide consultation and technical support;
