We are hiring for Accounts Receivable Analyst - Cash Applications.

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Accounting

• Experience: Professional Level / more than 5+ years of experience in the generic pharmaceuticals industry

• Location: Bengaluru, India

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Cash Application on daily basis for Lockbox and Wires.
• Resolves/Clear valid or authorized deductions against respective credits.
• Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• Customer collection, review the AR aging report on the weekly basis and follow up for overdue payments by dunning method in SAP
• Reconciliation of customer accounts and reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data on periodic basis with customer statements.
• Preparing Cash flows to ensure sufficient bank balance is maintained.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications, coordinating information requirements.
• Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Collaborate internally to support business process continuous improvement activities, conduct root cause analysis, and determine error prevention solutions
• Any other activities as needed by the management

Skills and Qualifications:

The individual must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP required. The individual must take ownership and demonstrate flexibility by being able to lead people and improve processes, work independently or in a team environment, prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks. This position requires working effectively with others and good communication skills (both verbal and written).
