Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role at Ongole/Nellore Petroleum MGB HPCL petrol pump for a inchrge. The incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the petrol pump, managing the staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The incharge will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the retail or service industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with inventory management, financial management, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in using computers and other electronic devices
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays if necessary
