VM - Planogramming & Styling

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Design Thinking:

1. Creating an Instore VM Planogram for all the upcoming Foot Locker Stores.
2. Curating a weekly / fortnight VM Calendar as per Seasonal Products & brand launches.
3. Closely work with Internal merch & planning team for the Brand Product Displays as per season Range development and ensure the final translation to the operations from concept to creation.
4. Creating Brand wise VM Elevation of Brand wise elevation.
5. Participating in Alignment of Internal & External Stakeholders for window, Drop zone, Highlight, visual & video.
6. Planning of capacities and product presentation guidelines as per different product, Season & brands
7. Set the visual standards for merchandising through the different operations, implement continual style improvements.
8. Create mannequin style guides relevant to North & West Market differentiated by its season & buys.
9. Support NSOs & Store renovations with display solutions on ground challenges.
10. Ensure focus on ensemble creation while curating looks to upsell & push higher basket size.
11. Interaction with category, marketing & ops teams to sync the season launches / promos as per timelines.

Execution Excellence:

1. Analyse the performance of the Various Launches
2. Manage initiatives for enhancing specific brand sales
3. Lead initiatives for significant improvement in Mannequin styling & commercial success
4. Ensure 100% adherence to SILIBI concept.
5. Execute and coordinate merchandise, styles and accessories at the highest taste level.

Customer Centricity:

1. Participate in the VM training during store launch & Weekly/ monthly launches with focus on Styling.
2. VM interventions for the front-end teams for effective execution of concepts.
3. Elevate the fashion sense of store VM by offering knowledge on current trends, colours and silhouettes through virtual & physical sessions
