Transfer Pricing & International Tax - Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies aligned with global tax regulations and company goals.

- Analyze and optimize intercompany pricing models to ensure operational and tax efficiency.

- Support business units in pricing decisions for intercompany transactions, including tangible goods, services, and intellectual property.

- Ensure compliance with local transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and country-specific rules.

- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting.

-Handling of Transfer Pricing litigations.

- Review and manage intercompany agreements to reflect accurate pricing arrangements.

- Monitor and mitigate risks related to transfer pricing adjustments and regulatory challenges.

- Conduct regular reviews of intercompany transactions to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Work closely with finance, legal, supply chain, and operations teams to align transfer pricing policies with overall business strategies.

- Collaborate with external advisors and tax consultants to address complex cross-border issues.

- Perform financial analyses, benchmarking studies, and profitability reviews of intercompany transactions.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Education and Experience

- Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing and handling international tax, preferably in manufacturing or a multinational corporation.

- Deep understanding of tax regulations, OECD guidelines, and compliance requirements.

2. Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in MS Office.

- Use of Transfer Pricing databases

- Proficiency in ERP systems and tax reporting tools (e.g., SAP, OneSource, or Alteryx).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
