Production Manager - Woven Garments

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Implement and optimize PPC strategies to streamline processes and minimize waste.

Utilize Industrial Engineering principles to enhance productivity and resource utilization.

Ensure adherence to technical standards, quality guidelines, and safety protocols.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.

• Complete ownership of 3 pillars of production ( Quality / Time / Cost )

Requirements:

Strong fundamentals and clear concepts in technical production, IE, and PPC.

Proven experience in a production management role in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Ability to create, lead and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process optimization techniques is a plus.
