Job Description
- Title: HR SpecialistLocation: Bangalore Electronic City Job Description:Overview: The Candidate Services Specialist plays a critical role in providing a seamless and positive experience for job applicants throughout the recruitment process
- This position is responsible for managing communications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring that each candidate feels valued and informed
- Key Responsibilities:Candidate Experience Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process, providing support and addressing inquiries
- Ensure a positive candidate experienc by delivering clear information and timely follow-ups
- Coordination and Scheduling:Manage interview scheduling, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates across time zones
- Organize virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place
- Communicate interview details, feedback timelines, and next steps to candidates
- Collaboration and Communication:Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align candidate services with organizational goals
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on candidate progress and process improvements
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate journey and streamline processes
- Implement best practices for candidate engagement and service delivery
- Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in candidate services, recruitment coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Preferred Skills:Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or staffing environment
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate engagement
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional servic
