Role & responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants to onboard onto our EDC platform.
• EDC Onboarding: Work closely with merchants to understand their business requirements, configure our EDC solution to meet their needs, and ensure successful onboarding.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by increasing the number of merchants on our EDC platform, increasing transaction volumes, and upselling/cross selling our services.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the payments industry, and provide insights to inform our business development strategy.
