Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OTA Manager to handle and optimize our presence across multiple online travel platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing OTAs and channel managers, ensuring maximum online visibility and revenue generation for our resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize listings on MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Google Hotels, Agoda, and other OTAs.

Handle channel managers for real-time inventory and rate management.

Develop strategies to enhance visibility, ranking, and conversion on OTAs.

Monitor competitor pricing and adjust rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Ensure smooth coordination with the reservations team for seamless bookings.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive online sales.

Resolve OTA-related queries, disputes, and customer concerns efficiently.

Analyze OTA performance metrics and generate reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in OTA management.

Expertise in handling MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Google Hotels, Agoda, and Channel Managers.

Prior experience working with resorts, travel agencies, or hospitality brands.

Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize listings.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
