Job Description

Designation: Senior Recruiter
Business Unit - Talent Acquisition
Location: Bangalore
Role:
You will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. You will assist in promoting a strong employment brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience by creating a high-touch environment.
You will develop and execute sourcing plans through recruiting plans, employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources, and develop new, creative recruiting ideas. You will build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their staffing needs are met by managing all sourcing, selection, and hiring of talent through set metrics. You will develop and execute robust recruiting strategies and communicate regularly with clients on the process, status, and feedback of all candidates. You will be expected to ensure complete and accurate record-keeping.
Your key responsibilities include -

Managing the recruiting process for client representatives and handling the end-to-end recruitment process.

Developing and incorporating effective recruitment strategies.

Producing and updating job specifications and descriptions.

Sourcing and screening of profiles, initial phone screening.

Building a good relationship with the candidates and maintaining the candidate database.

Building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates by using diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment techniques.

Functioning as a strategy expert in attracting new candidates and leads particularly to improve quality and source of hire in challenging territories and in new market launches.

Building strong relationships with hiring managers in designated territories for strategic planning partnerships and providing an excellent experience to hiring managers and candidates alike throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting on staffing levels, open positions, and positioning activity to both hiring managers and the Recruitment management team.

Communicating and meeting hiring goals and monthly and quarterly performance metrics.

Adhering to processes, SLAs, and compliance.
To excel in this role, you should have -

5+ years of experience in researching and sourcing using technologies and recruiting tools.

Hands-on experience in using job portals.

Relevant experience in sourcing and candidate assessment.

Hands-on experience in hiring in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office suite.
It will be awesome if you have -

Excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent academic background.

The ability to work in a team should be a team player.

Bias for action and solutions-oriented mindset.

Team spirit.
