1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
6. Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools. 7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
