Tech Lead/Scrum Master (5-7 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Application Architect / Scrum Master to lead our team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and extensive experience in application development using languages like Java and Python. You will lead development efforts, define architectural solutions, and ensure agile methodologies are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect application solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Lead development teams in building robust applications using Java, Python, or other relevant technologies.

- Serve as Scrum Master, guiding the team in agile best practices, sprint planning, and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Implement high standards for coding, architecture, and security in application development.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.

- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

- Experience with leading teams and coordinating technical projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Certified in Scrum (Scrum Master, Product Owner) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure certifications).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
