HR Recruitment Manager

Role & responsibilities

Hiring the Candidates:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri, Social media, Campus interviews, Employee Referrals)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates•Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Interviewing & Shortlisting the candidates and taking it to further step of screening to senior managers.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Existing Employees Management:

• Understanding the ASK (Attitude, Skills and Knowledge) status of employees by working with managers and preparing improvement plans
• Working on Employee happiness programs at factory and Field Level

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Naukri Data base
• Experience with sourcing techniques & Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
