Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer correspondences via email, chat, and phone promptly.
• Assist customers in choosing the right products and making buying decisions, suggesting add-ons.
• Help customers with order creation and payment processes, troubleshooting any issues.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Logistics) to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Address and resolve customer issues with clear instructions.
• Respond to complaints and concerns professionally.
• Keep customers updated about new offers, launches, and promotions.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective in problem-solving and guiding customers.
• Procient in handling calls and in-person customer interactions.
• Prior experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Presentable with convincing abilities.
