About the job:

Job Description: Head of Sales & Operations - Digital captive media business (DOOH).

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business development & Operations Head to spearhead our initiatives in the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) / Digital Captive Media sectors.

The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding client portfolios, and establishing strategic partnerships in this dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and brands.

- Identify market trends and new opportunities in DOOH and digital captive media.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands.

- Design and deliver innovative advertising solutions leveraging DOOH technologies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Establish the digital & physical infra related to DOOH vertical.

- Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to enhance operations and client satisfaction.

- Lead and mentor the business development team for optimal performance.

- Ensure the efficient execution of DOOH campaigns, adhering to timelines and quality standards.

- Develop and optimize operational workflows and SOPs.

- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

- Oversee the operations team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA or equivalent degree

- 10-12 years of experience in business development and operations within the DOOH or related industries.

- Strong understanding of DOOH technologies, programmatic advertising, and audience measurement tools.

- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
