Job Description

1. Global delivery and owner of gross profit targets for the business.

2. Responsible for CPI/CPA/CPR business, operations, delivery and profitability.

3. Manage supply partnerships with various ad exchanges and other inventory /supply aggregators for scalable delivery.

4. Product partnerships for various parts of the Ads platform and internal product management.

5. Handling Ops and delivery of campaigns, ensuring meeting of advertising KPIs and supplier expectations.

6. Coordinate with cross functional teams.

7. Continuously expand the publisher base to achieve desired reach.

8. Continuously ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, meeting campaign performance objectives and maintaining desired margins for the organization.

9. Coordinate with technology partners for new feature development.

10. Have thorough understanding of performance marketing ecosystem.

11. Should have hands-on managed delivery function in an Ad-network.

12. Understanding of both business and technical aspects of digital advertising.

13. Hands on experience in operations function - (adservers / optimisation / offer creation / media buying-selling).

14. Exposure to programmatic.

15. Manage and lead a team of executives for both business & delivery.
