Engineer - Mechanical Assembly

Role & responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of mechanical assemblers to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine assembly requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials for assembly
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process
• Train and mentor new team members on assembly processes and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to mechanical assembly

• Work Location: Hosur.
• Experience: 2 10 years (Diploma)
