MIS Executive - E-commerce Warehouse

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our E-commerce Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data related to warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The role will focus on ensuring the smooth flow of information between the warehouse and other departments, providing insights through accurate and timely reports to support decision-making and optimize warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, track, and analyze warehouse data related to inventory, order fulfillment, stock levels, shipping, and returns.
• Develop, maintain, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key warehouse performance metrics (e.g., inventory turnover, order accuracy, pick/pack efficiency).
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that data on stock availability is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with actual warehouse conditions.
• Provide insights into inventory trends and assist in the identification of slow-moving or overstocked products.
• Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Create and manage dashboards to track key operational KPIs, such as order fulfillment rates, shipping accuracy, and warehouse productivity.
• Use Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Excel, or other platforms to automate and streamline warehouse reporting processes.
• Assist with data collection for stock audits and periodic inventory checks.
• Ensure proper integration of warehouse management systems (WMS) with the e-commerce platform to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an MIS, Data Analysis, or Warehouse Operations role, ideally within the e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and familiarity with E-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting data-driven insights to both warehouse and senior management.
