Who We Are Looking For:

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring high-quality software and has a proven track record of testing in various environments. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will lead testing efforts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the design and improvement of our QA processes. You should be capable of identifying potential issues early, suggesting improvements, and driving high standards in the development process.

What You Will Need to Do:

• Lead and manage the execution of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Identify and log defects, track them through to resolution, and ensure proper communication of quality issues to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering their professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of test strategies and plans, ensuring that they align with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure that quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

What You Will Need to Have:

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience & Technical Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Proficiency in test automation using tools like Katalon, TestNG or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner or similar).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and test management software (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Strong knowledge of API testing (using tools like Postman or SoapUI).
• Ability to design and implement complex test cases, suites, and plans for large applications.
• Good to have ISTQB Certification.
