Performance Tester

Job Description
- Working knowledge of Performance testing and Monitoring tools. Preferably JMeter, SQL Profiler, Perfmon
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Analyse business scenarios and non-functional requirements. Implement test approach with workload modelling and develop scripts using required techniques
- Execute load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests
- Able to articulate, flag and communicate executions issues
- Collaborate with various teams like development/Solution/Infra to monitor the application behaviour
- Review test results and establish hypothesis from preliminary analysis of data i.e. Expert in analysing test results, identifying bottlenecks at application and infrastructure level
- Create baseline performance report for applications/systems
- Stakeholder collaboration and communication.
- Identify/create test data
- Create/Manage all the artifacts of performance testing in management tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Basic experience of Data Base - SQL server
