- Point of contact between Design & Engg team for new models design development.
- Fixing initial engg requirements and understanding constraints
- Negotiating with Engg to achieve target design image / intent.
- Collaborate & work closely with layout & engg teams during design development to achieve design targets.
- Helping design team understanding engg constraints early-on in the development cycle
Competency Requirements
1.Technical/Functional
- In depth engg knowledge of exterior design (Layouts, SES, regulations, Lamps design, alloys & wheel covers, sheet metal design & plastic designs
- In depth engg knowledge of interior design (IP & door systems, Trims & seats)
- Siemens UG & Teamcenter,
- Project documentation (word, Excel, PPTs)
2. Behavioral
- Collaborative working, Problem solving
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B. tech
- Mechanical/Automobile engineering
