Pet Nutrition Is undergoing one of the biggest Digital transformations amongst global consumer packaged goods. Our newly created Digital team within Pet Nutrition RGM (Rapid Growth Markets) is at the heart of this, responsible for leading the transformation in RGM and driving lasting digital change across the business. Join us as the Digital Project Manager - eRTM, DMS & SFA and be a key driver in executing strategic digital initiatives within our Sales Operations.

Your role will be to execute business-provided strategies, using your expertise to implement scalable digital solutions that meet the needs of our partners, customers and consumers. You will play a crucial role in translating overarching business strategies into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional value to our sales and distribution channels in the Mexico, SEA, India & Brazil markets.

Please note that this is a Fixed term role for 2 years and the role would cease to exist post that.

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies. Manage project scope, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks and optimizing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and maximize business value.

• Functional Expertise Application: Utilize your deep functional knowledge to collaborate with regional teams, optimizing performance and drive value through the Mars Digital Engine. Apply Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, and advanced data analytics to develop practical, innovative solutions.

• Idea Execution: Work with business unit counterparts to conceptualize and define new initiatives. Use a Design Thinking approach to create clear outcomes, methods, and business cases, ensuring each initiative is well-prepared for implementation.

• Solution Integrity Management: Collaborate with Digital Security and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure digital solutions are efficient and compliant. Identify existing solutions for reuse and streamline processes to minimize redundancy, enhancing the impact of our digital footprint.

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete lifecycle of digital solution implementations. From initial concept to global support transition, employ best practices in vendor and project management, working closely with business and DT stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and scalability.

• Support Service Oversight: Maintain high standards in DT support by acting as a central escalation point for business unit stakeholders. Ensure prompt resolution of issues and continuous improvement in service delivery, keeping operations running efficiently.

• Portfolio Management: Participate in digital governance and portfolio management meetings to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee the functional portfolio from a segment perspective, guiding digital initiatives towards achieving maximum impact and value.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Supply Chain Management or other technical discipline

• Experience in managing large programs with a focus on the Supply Chain Planning function preferred

• Strong awareness of Digital technology platforms and awareness on future trends

• Project & Program Management - Agile experience preferred

• Knowledge of CPG industry & Route to Market area is a must

• Strong Financial/Budget Management

• Stakeholder Relationship Management of senior stakeholders in a distributed functional organization.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience, including 3-5 years in digital product management or similar role - E2E planning

• Proficient in Design Thinking for ideation and Agile and Product Management for solution delivery

• Quick learner, ability to understand and simplify highly complex scenarios.
