Furniture Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Furniture Design Manager to lead the design and development of commercial and residential furniture. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of design, from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with Export market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of commercial and residential furniture, integrating aesthetics, functionality, and production capabilities.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Independently prepare and present design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback into final products.
• Research design trends, evaluate competitive offerings, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Accurately calculate dimensions, quantities, and allowances for precise and efficient production.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen to maintain a high-performing team.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of various materials and manufacturing processes to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Create detailed product specifications and design documentation
• Oversee prototyping and testing phases to ensure products meet all required standards before production

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Proficient in 3D design software such as Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in form factor, material use, and visual design
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to think critically and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Proven experience in furniture design.
• Strong knowledge of materials, production processes, and cost optimization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
