Immediate opening For Manager/ Deputy Manger - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Generation:
• Create and distribute accurate invoices to customers based on sales orders.
• Verify billing details including pricing, quantities, and customer information.
• Payment Processing:
• Record incoming customer payments from various channels (checks, credit cards, electronic transfers).
• Apply payments to corresponding customer accounts in the accounting system.
• Account Reconciliation:
• Regularly reconcile accounts receivable balances against the general ledger to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues related to customer accounts.
• Collections:
• Contact customers with overdue balances to remind them of payment obligations and initiate collection efforts.
• Escalate overdue accounts to relevant departments if necessary.
• Customer Account Management:
• Maintain updated customer information including contact details and billing addresses.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable aging, outstanding balances, and collection metrics.
• Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
