Production Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. To review and sign the completed BMR/BPR/ECR etc and other quality documents and ensure before submitting to QA.
2. To be conscious of improving productivity, solvent recovery, reduce wastages, and optimize the use of power, fuel, consumables, packing material are controlled.
3. To work closely with chemists, officers and shift in charge.
4. To co-ordinate QMS related activities like process validation, cleaning validation, deviation and change control. To participate in self-inspection activities.
5. To prepare BMR/BPR/ECR/SOP etc. for manufacturing activities in the plant.

Preferred candidate profile : To plan and execute manufacturing activities as per schedule at the plant by optimum utilization of plant capacity.
