Main Responsibilities

• • Conducting comprehensive analyses to evaluate the structural integrity, durability, and performance of mechanical components and systems.
• • Interpret analysis results and convert them to design suggestions
• • Identify and mitigate resonance issues and ensure products meet vibration isolation requirements.
• • Review analysis results to ensure project accuracy and develop validation plan for simulation results from hand calculations
• • Collaborate with materials engineers to select appropriate materials based on stress and vibration analysis results.

Engineer

• • Participate in material testing and characterization to validate material properties for simulation models.
• • Meet on-time delivery,lead-time,and quality metrics for each assignment
• • Understand the requirement and guidelines from customer and follow the process to meet the due dates.
• • Co-ordinate with the team and customer to perform the job with 100% quality within due date.
• • Expertise in Ansys Mechanical & Ansys Workbench
• • Knowledge of heat transfer fundamentals and fluid dynamics (CFD) especially in Automotive domain will be added advantage

Key Skills

• • Knowledge : FEA & FEM simulation including stress & vibration analysis. Knowledge of advanced analysis techniques, such as nonlinear analysis and optimization
• • Skill : Proficiency in linear static, nonlinear/elasto-plastic, fatigue (HCF & LCF), modal, shock, harmonic, random vibration, & crack growth analyses
• Familiarity with CAD software for model generation and modification.
• • Abilities : Strong background in structural mechanics, dynamics, and vibration analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• • Tools : Ansys Mechanical (Must), Ansys Spaceclaim and Ansys Icepak, CATIA

Education & Experience

• Experience: 1 ~ 2 years

• Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech, (Mechanical/Automobile)

• Specific Technical Qualification/Certification :Proven experience in finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation tools.

• Strong background in structural mechanics, dynamics, and vibration analysis
