The responsibilities of a Workforce Manager may include:

• Team Management : Handling a team of 7 8 Real time Analysts who is responsible for monitoring statistics, staffing adherence, list penetration and client key performance indicators.
• Developing Workforce Strategies: Developing and implementing workforce plans that ensure the efficient use of resources and the achievement of organizational goals. This includes developing recruitment plansand tracking workforce performance.
• Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to the workforce, to ensure the organization’s objectives are met. This includes establishing performance objectives and maintaining discipline within the workforce.
