1. WSS/ PBP Management : WSS/ PBP Appointment & Working, WSS/ PBP Induction, Training & Discontinuation, WSS/ PBP Compliance to SPPBMs, WSS/ PBP Compliance to Commercial policies.

2. Dealer Management: Relationship management, Dealer Servicing & Engagement, Channel Strength (Healthy Distribution), Retail Visibility & Merchandizing, Exception Dealer Management.

3. People Leadership: Learning & Development of Team, Performance Management & Assessment of Team, Team Engagement, Driving Sales Operation Excellence.

4. Scheme Management.

5. Market Share Gain: Low market share TTYs & Large Competition dealers Performance.

6. Field Marketing: Planning BTL activities & Driving New Product Launch, Inputs on improving meet effectiveness.

7. Inventory Management.

8. Insights & Feedback: Carry out regular Market visits as per norms to interact with dealers, WSS, contractors & end users.
