Responsible for ensuring the life cycle of all the tickets related to IIoT platform is followed. Tickets can be related to Incidents, new request, work orders and change request related to the IIoT platform.

Responsible for creation and maintenance of service specific documents like System operating Procedures (SoP), Work Instructions (WI).

Responsible for communication between stakeholders (within department, outside department) to ensure transparency in operations of the IIoT platform.

Responsible for defining KPIs for service quality and monitor the quality on regular basis.
