Engineer Maintenance- Mechanical

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive, predictive breakdown maintenance.
• Perform and assist in troubleshooting of equipment's (Overhead Crane, Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic system etc.)
• Responsible for maintenance of Slitters, cut to length, EOT Crane and Finishing Line.
• Executing preventive maintenance of equipment according to SAP schedule, ensuring adherence to maintenance protocols.
• Controlling and monitoring process parameters to optimize plant operations and ensure smooth running of the facility.
• Provide daily reports to the department manager and plant manager to communicate maintenance activities and plant performance.
• Root cause analysis of breakdown, preparation and implementation of action plan to avoid re occurrence.
