• System Maintenance Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and software.
• User Management Create, update, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Network Support Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues under supervision.
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting Identify and resolve basic system issues like slow performance, software crashes, or hardware failures.
• Backup & Recovery Assist in setting up and managing data backup and recovery processes.
• Security Compliance Follow security protocols, update antivirus software, and apply system patches.
• Log Monitoring – Check system logs for errors, warnings, or potential security threats.
• Technical Support – Provide first-level IT support to employees and escalate complex issues to senior admins.
• Documentation – Maintain records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies.
