Job Responsibilities:
Magna is implementing the Concur Travel Request Expense system company-wide, for approximately 300 Corporate entities globally. This role will be instrumental in supporting, implementing, trouble-shooting, and further enhancing the use of Concur within Magna International. As this role matures, the position may be expanded to include all aspects pertaining to the implementation and support of Concur Travel booking .
Major Responsibilities
SAP Concur Support (2nd and 3rd level) and collaboration with vendor helpdesk at Concur
Support and self-responsible execution of onboarding Magna divisions to Concur
Execution of configuration changes within Concur
Support activities in relation to Concur integration to ERP systems (SAP ERP or Standard Accounting Extract)
Training Educating Users of Concur Expense Entry tracking according to Magna IT standard
Collaboration with vendor support at Concur in relation to Cognos Reporting Area
Support in testing and requirement specification for robotic process automation
Coordination and collaboration with Magna internal teams (different IT teams, Business Travel, Finance teams, HR teams)
Knowledge and Education
Business and process analysis experience
Fluency in English, on a business or near-native level
Experience in a client-facing role
Experience with financial HR applications or knowledge of accounting practices
Work Experience
2 - 3 Years of Project Implementation/Training Experience
Experience supporting or using SAP Concur cloud travel management solution
Experience working directly with customers to resolve complex implementation issues
Experience working in a multi-cultural and global work environment
Skills and Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to confidently interact with individuals at every level of the organization, as well as external vendors and provide classroom trainings for project teams
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, understanding work flows
Ability to work well independently, as well as, contribute in a team setting
