Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on leads provided by the organization
Counseling: Provide detailed information about the educational programs, courses, and admission process
Follow-ups: Follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, and messages to convert leads into admissions
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system
Feedback Collection: Understand the requirements and concerns of leads and provide appropriate solutions
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets
Collaboration: Work closely with the counselling and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all programs, fees, scholarships, and admission timelines
Market Insights: Gather insights from leads to suggest improvements in outreach or program offerings
