Job Responsibilities :
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Bachelor s / Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 6 Months -2 years of experience in recruitment and lateral hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Source, screen, and recommend experienced candidates for open positions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Following ups with candidates as well as respective managers to close the position.
Job postings and Handling job portals and different platforms.
To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance.
Handle all office admin work.
Requirements :
Master s / Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 Months -2 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, preferably within the technology industry.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
