Job Title: Customer Representative Executive (CRE) Service Appointment Booking

Job Summary:


The Customer Representative Executive (CRE) is responsible for making outbound calls to customers to schedule service appointments, ensuring timely vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with the service team to manage booking schedules efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong telemarketing skills, a customer-centric approach, and basic knowledge of automotive services.


Key Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to customers to remind them about upcoming service schedules.

  • Proactively book service appointments based on customer preferences and vehicle history.
  • Confirm appointments and provide necessary service-related information.
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone while interacting with customers.
  • Address customer queries regarding service schedules, costs, and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm attendance and reschedule if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules in the system.
  • Ensure all customer details and service histories are updated in the CRM.
  • Generate daily reports on calls made, appointments booked, and customer responses.
  • Communicate booked appointments to the service advisors and workshop team.
  • Ensure workshop capacity is managed efficiently by aligning appointments with available slots.
  • Provide customer feedback to the service team for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or appointment booking.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automobile services and maintenance schedules.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and patiently.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in an automobile service center or dealership.
  • Multilingual abilities for better customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with frequent telephonic customer interactions.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring high call volume handling and coordination.
