• Candidate should be experienced in working with Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industry as Production/Manufacturing/Process Manager
• Ensure Health and Safety regulation are met, and address any concern
• Ensure Product Quality is met and follows the IP control

• Understanding ISO 9001/IATF Requirements
• Planning Production and control the Resource needs
• Estimate cost, budgets and identify the scope to reduce
• Oversee Production process and Monitor Productivity rates and improve yield
• Understanding basic concepts of TPM and TQM
• Preference in experienced with Bulk Manufacturing Process
• Experienced with Process Engineering will be added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering or MSC Chemistry
• Atleast 7 to 12 Years of experience as Production/Manufacturing Leader .
• Proficient English language capability - written and verbal
• Willing to learn attitude
• Strong Team Management skill

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) for English
• Strong presentation skills
• Financial expertise, Budgeting & forecasting
• Outstanding relations skills and be able to adapt to varying needs.
• Ability to multitask, manage transitions effectively and change focus quickly
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt accordingly
• Ability to multi-task with can-do attitude
