Senior Manager - Strategy/P&L - Real Estate - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA/CFA (7-12 yrs)

Qualification:

- Post-Graduation from Premier B-School with at least 5+ years of experience in Real Estate

OR

- CA / CFA with 7+ years' experience in business focused role in Real Estate Industry.

Job Description:

- Asset Management - to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns

- AOP Planning - to preserve business plan and coordinate with project team to achieve the business plan

- Flagging & resolving risks to protect project profitability

- Cross-function exposure across construction, design and sales

- Follow real estate trends to capture evolving market trends in the business plan

- Defines and sets work objectives/Goals for team members in line with the AOP

- Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews

Skill Set:

- Strong understanding of critical decisions that impact P&L and Cashflows

- Financial Modelling

- Preparing of Annual Business Plan

- Ability to assess and mitigate risks

- Team Management Experience

- Construction Exposure (preferred)

- Understanding of Sales & Marketing - Systems & Processes

- Understanding of real estate markets and customer requirements
