Job Description:

• Experience: 6 -10 years As a Consultant in the Risk & Compliance Department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within our organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the effective implementation of risk & compliance management strategies and contribute to the overall stability and security of our business.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage concurrent audits across various business units within the organization, ensuring adherence to audit timelines, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to plan and execute audit activities, including risk assessment, audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Review audit findings and observations, providing guidance and recommendations to business units for remediation and improvement.
• Track and monitor the closure of internal audit observations, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a robust internal audit tracking system, providing regular updates to senior management on the status of audit observations and remediation efforts.
• Uphold and test the effectiveness of the business continuity planning (BCP) framework at the group level, including reviewing and updating BCP policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct BCP exercises and simulations to assess the readiness of business units to respond to and recover from various operational disruptions and crises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to business continuity, including those arising from emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on BCP protocols and procedures, fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience across the organization.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends related to internal audit management and business continuity planning, incorporating relevant changes into policies and procedures.

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in internal audit management, business continuity planning, or a similar role, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, principles, and practices, with a focus on risk assessment and control evaluation.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and testing business continuity plans and procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in audit management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and business continuity planning tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and drive results.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of compliance and accountability.
