Lead-Electrical Construction

The Lead Construction Electrical for Renewable Projects will oversee the electrical construction activities of renewable energy projects, ensuring efficient installation, and integration of electrical systems. The position involves leading a team of engineers, coordinating with other departments, and managing the project from inception through to completion. The role requires deep expertise in electrical erection, testing & commissioning, project & site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction planning & execution of all electrical related works.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and specifications.
• Ensure electrical execution works comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Oversee the execution happening as per electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress against project milestones, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site meetings to assess project status and address any challenges.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead commissioning and testing phases, ensuring electrical systems are functioning properly and safely.
• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability on-site.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

7-12 years of experience in electrical construction in Power sector, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role for renewable energy projects.
