Job Description
- Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize robust and scalable manufacturing chemical processes of APIs
- Expert in organic synthesis and stay up to date with the latest scientific advancements and emerging technologies in the chemical process development
- Collect and analyze experimental data and generate clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review technical documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and development reports.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development scientists, manufacturing personnel, and quality control, to ensure seamless technology transfer from process development to manufacturing
- Ability of planning, execution, and oversight of the technology transfer and validation of processes, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of the product throughout the process.
- Leverage literature review and ongoing awareness of state of the art in designing and executing new routes
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet project objectives and timelines.
