Role & responsibilities

• Machine Preventive Maintenance in Injection Moulding Machines
• Machine Preventive Maintenance in Surface Treatment.
• Machine Critical Spare Part List Inventory & Maintain
• Machine history card updation & Machine PM file updation
• All M/C Safety check reviews & ensure no safety issue.
• Find Out The Machine Abnormality & Resolve on time
• Machine Breakdown Troubleshooting & Why-2 Analysis Done on Daily Basis
• TPM Activity
• Preventing and forecasting maintenance, MTBF & MTR and monitoring optimum utilization of manpower.
• Troubleshooting on Breakdowns and taking steps to rectify through application of troubleshooting tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with 4-7 Years of experience and Good Knowledge of Maintenance in Injection Molding Machines will be preferred
