1. Timely & Acurately RFQ processing for responsible projects

2. Timely and Quality development of New Components

3. Timely arrangement of OK parts for trials in Plant

4. Timely arrangement of raw material for trials at tool developer & suppliers

5. Smooth handover to Plant of Newly developed Components

6. Have knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, Component development planning.

7. Continuous Cost Down projects identification & execution (Localization, Commonisation, VAVE, VSM etc.)

8. SAP S/4 HANA transaction for NPD

9. Have good knowledge of plastic, sheet metal, die casting, wire assembly parts.

10. Have exposure in zero based costing.
